✏️ Instructions for picking up tickets
🎟️ The entrance tickets for the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are included and will be sent to participants in digital format (PDF or QR code) before the tour.
📲 You don't need to pick anything up on site: the ticket allows direct access to the booked entrance.
🚗 The private driver will indicate to the travelers The main entrance to the Colosseum and will provide assistance in accessing the archaeological area.
📄 Travelers will need to show the ticket on the smartphone or in paper version at the time of the check.
📅 Any changes in schedule (for organizational reasons or site availability) will be communicated in advance via email or WhatsApp.

What to bring

👟 Comfortable shoes — even with private transport, part of the visit takes place on foot among squares, ruins and monuments.
🕶️ Sunglasses and hat — especially during the summer months, the Roman sun can be very intense.
🧴 Sun cream — useful for outdoor breaks, especially between the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.
💧 Reusable water bottle — you can easily fill it up at the city's many public fountains (“noses”).
📱 Smartphone or camera — to immortalize the panoramic views from the Palatine Hill and the details of the Colosseum.
🧥 Layered clothing — Rome can be hot in summer and cooler in spring/autumn.
🧣 Shoulder and knee cover — required only in case of entry to religious places (optional in your tour, but useful if you continue your visit in other areas).
